Ghostove Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the Ghostove Desktop client, or using any Ghostove service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Ghostove provides interview preparation tools, including interactive AI mock interviews, resume context analysis, and a real-time assistive desktop copilot designed to assist candidates with structured talking points during calls.

Ghostove provides educational and assistive technology. Ghostove does not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific compensation outcomes. Hiring determinations remain entirely at the discretion of employers and interviewers.

3. User Accounts and Verification

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must verify your email address to access core platform features.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Ghostove Services to:

• Violate applicable local, national, or international laws or professional licensing standards.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Ghostove Desktop client or backend streaming engine.
• Misrepresent your identity, certifications, or professional credentials during interview assessments where explicit prohibitions apply.
• Circumvent licensing limits, session quotas, or device authorization safeguards.

5. Subscriptions, Hourly Passes, and Payments

Ghostove offers free calibration trials, custom hourly passes, Sprint passes, and monthly subscription tiers. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase in your dashboard.

Hourly passes and multi-day passes provide access for their stated duration. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your dashboard billing settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghostove Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
